BarVoucher (“the company”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of its users’ personal information. This privacy policy outlines how the company collects, uses, and protects personal information provided by users.

  1. Collection of Personal Information

The company will collect users’ name, email address, phone number, billing address, and IP address. The company will also record vouchers redeemed for each user account.

The company will use personal information to provide users with discounted products or services related to bars, restaurants, and alcohol. Personal information may also be used for payment processing, remarketing, retargeting, and with third-party email marketing companies to track engagement and enable email lists.

The company will not share personal information with third-party advertisers. The company may run complementary promotions for third parties if it offers value to the community. Aggregate data on the quantity of users and KPIs will be generated and calculated using unidentifiable information. The affiliate system will share and reward the referrer upon a successful purchase referral. The company will directly engage with users for feedback and insight into the value proposition and retention.

Personal information will remain on users’ phones or Google’s servers (Firebase) behind their security or RevenueCat for subscriptions and billing.

Personal information will be kept on servers until deleted. Users can request their information or deletion by selecting in account settings. The company will delete and notify via email from admin@barvoucher.com within 1-week of request, usually within 3 business days. This information is to provide user statistics and remarketing efforts.

  1. Age Requirements

We offer no value to users younger than the local drinking policies and users will certify they are of age. We do not verify the customer is of age and leave it up to the establishment. Future EU GDPR adherence will be complied with if relevant to future expansion.

  1. Third-Party Services

The company relies on trusted, industry-standard third parties to protect user data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction of personal information. These third parties include Google Firebase, Google Analytics, RevenueCat, Apple App Store, and Google Play Store. These services are used for the operation, payment, and monitoring of the app.

  1. International Users

The company operates in many cities, states, and countries. It may be necessary to provide additional information and comply with different privacy regulations in each jurisdiction.

  1. Opt-Out

Users can opt-out of marketing communications upon receiving their first email.
